My first time preordering 2k digitally. The games installed but is now saying it won't be available til 9/19 at midnight. Is this happening to anyone else? I will be so mad if this is true.

When you go to the game in the store, make sure you're on the "pre order" version of the game... It should then say it's available tonight.

Yeah, I need help with this as well. I simply clicked on the XBOX One regular version of NBA 2K18 earlier today and clicked pre-order and it's currently almost done downloading. I went back to the store page and at the bottom it says available 9/19. The deluxe and legend versions of the game says it will be available at midnight today.
Any idea on what's up?
EDIT: I went to the Microsoft Storefront on the internet and it shows I pre-ordered the game and it indeed unlocks at midnight tonight. Not sure why the MS Store online shows this and it does not when you access it via the XBOX. Please contact them asap... I believe somos everyone has gotten they keys to download. And preload.
I just got on at 6 pm because I magically appeared in New Zealand.. That was the first place to release it and Poland.
Please post a screen shot.. (nothing with your info on it)

Wouldn't you have the key already for preload? Everyone on P.C Xbox and PS4 preloaded.
Maybe shoot them an email letting them know you haven't received anything.. Could be a mixup but they're running way behind.. not even giving you a key is crazy.

Go to the store, search "2K18" and keep scrolling until you see the "pre-order" version. It should say it's purchased and downloaded. Maybe you have to pre-order the "early tip-off edition" to play on 9/15 or else you're pre-ordering the regular 9/19 version? I mean that makes no sense and nobody would actually want to do that, so I'm sure 2K would understand you wanted to play the game early. Or it's just a mistake and the game will be available for you in thirty minutes.
