Assistant Coach - John Smith('s)

I wanted to make MyLeague users aware that there are multiple Assistant Coaches named John Smith (I think I counted 7). They could just be placeholders and will be patched in later, however, you can edit names and appearance of generated coaches this year so you may want to at least change some of their names just in case they eventually become Head Coaches.

Atleast they aren't named Josh Smith

Apparently you can edit them and there heads so it should be okay. I think the John Smith's are there because either 2k doesnt really bother getting assistant coaches names or they werent given the rights
