I literally went into shoot around in practice with turbo maxed out and he wouldn't dunk.

Is it broken? Ive made a slaser/defender but cannot really make it clear if dunks r broken or not since im still 73. Lets hope in an update patch. 2k is famous for their weekly patches

Cannot dunk in game at all either with dunks equipped. Feels off.

Dunking seems fine for me . I do see more layups which I love about this game.

My Player also cant dunk....
I have a 75 dunk, bought me some tomahawks mj dunks lavine and some others and equipped them to my player.
In shootaround im dunking like crazy but in game no chance always a layup and block

I don't really have a good dunking archetype but MyPlayer should be dunking more. I could tell very fast something was off and then knew for sure when friends I knew was saying their slasher build rarely dunked either.

I don't know. It's weird. Sometimes my dude will dunk but it's usually when I am on a fast break and nobody can be around. The 2 games I've played in the PlayGround/Park, my guy was actually dunking a lot though.
