In the first season the assistant GM (the new owners son) force a trade, for example for Maurice Speights. Can i prevent or block this trade?

This trade is scripted, the propose trades are never accepted.
For example i propose
1) Fultz
2) 2018 1st Round 76ers Unprotected
3) 2018 1st Round Lakers Top 5 Protected
4) 2019 1st Round 76ers Unprotected
for Marreese Speights and the trade was not accepted
