Great thread OP. Most of the people complaining about things this year are bums who can't get away with the trash that they used to. I'm an online guy and I'm in love with this game. It's an amazing piece of work -- 2K deserves massive props and all the money they get with this one.

I need the devs to just tell these guys to kick rocks if they're complaining about gameplay. Dudes are actually mad that contested shots and layups miss at a normal rate this year. It's crazy to me.

The gameplay is simply amazing. Just the interactions on the 50/50 balls blows my mind when watching replays.

I am praying Mike and the other devs doesn't let Twitter and others drastically change this game. Gameplay wise it's only a very few things that needs to be addressed.

2k17 was a big let down for me also. However, 2k18 was always going to be a day one purchase for me. 1 version of 2k that I didnt enjoy over an entire decade of releases is a good track record.

Lol! NBA 2K17 was the ONLY game in my library that would literally piss me off every time that I would play a PNO match. It was getting to point that my girlfriend would ask me why do I keep playing if the game makes me that mad that much.

My answer...because I love basketball too much, and my bad back won't let me play in real life.

Off subjec,t but how is everyone playing already? It's not out yet?

I haven't played the full game yet. But the gameplay videos have me sold. It looks smooth as silk. The atmosphere sounds a bit better too. My only nitpick is the player models still look dull to me. The skin looks too much like Clay again. Although the faces still look good and they finally fixed Jordan. Overall, Im excited again.
