Are you squading up?

Just tried it with a west coast friend. Joined his squad and tried to join at the same time. Didn't work.

Does one person join and it brings the squad in or everyone hits join at the same time?

This is frustrating since we all want to play Pro-Am.

This may seem silly, but this is what we have been doing to get in. All 5 of us joined the same neighborhood and got into a squad. We have 4 of us stand in front of the arena and have one guy run up last and as soon as the press A/X to enter pops up we all hit it at the same time and it has worked for us so far.
