I have been playing 2k since the original, I still own 2k, 2k1, and 2k2 for Dreamcast. I remember when this company was young and hungry. Now...they're just trolling us lol

I use to play My Career/My Player almost exclusively before. But these last few years, I barely touch it. It's become horrible.

Also, please normalize the volume a bit. I have to turn it way down because the commentary/gameplay is blaring, but then after the game the cutscene is so quiet I can't even hear what is being said

Honestly.

If the story was even remotely interesting, or realistic, or even you know like an (actual) story I might be able to stand the cutscenes.

But all it is is random babbling nonsense lol

Try to change my hair real quick before a game... Nahhh I'm in there for 5 minutes listening to some story i couldn't even hear anyway cuz it was being drowned out by my party chat.

Try to get a game in real quick before work, hold up my teammate who exists solely to waste my time and isn't even in the NBA is talking to me about a security guard or random staff member.

And please don't even get me going on the roommate...

2k really is just trolling.

I really don't get why they try to force it down our throats. Like all I want is to play a few college and/or high school games and then see if I can get drafted as high as possible.

I don't want to pick my team. I don't want fake player friends/enemies. I just want my player to try to become a great NBA player and if I want story I'll imagine it.

The story in this game makes me long for the days of Jackson Ellis, Frequency Vibrations and that loser Vic. There is nothing good about this at all.

This is quite the downgrade from what I experienced in the Madden story this year.
