I just got an email from 2k and they told me that this is not 2k's error and its sony's error so i have to talk to them, they pretty much gave me instructions of all the things already did so I'll have to get in contact with sony and see what happens.

I simmed one game and am able to play now.

I'd deleted the game & saves then reinstall the game still doesn't work, also I'd done for the database rebiuld in safe mode too, please update if you guys have any solutions thanks.
