First of all, why is this even a question? The fact that 2K actually goes on Twitter to ask this question is proof that this game is no longer headed in the direction most of us loved back in the day.

2K is no longer an NBA sim. It's clear their goal is to please the casuals and pull in as much VC as possible. It's very sad.

Secondly, WHY IS HE TAKING FEEDBACK FROM TWITTER????? That is the absolute WORST place to get any sensible feedback because most ppl on Twitter just want the game as easy as possible and aren't rational at all.

I guess it stems from my first point that they are no longer a SIM game and that's why they take this kind of feedback.

Anyway, go vote. Maybe Live can step in and fill the SIM void over the next few years.

I wonder if these tunings affect MLO.. Seeing great balance on hof default sliders after a one season sample size so I think they separate MLO from the other online modes that affected. Can any MLO player confirm? Would hate for the wisdom of the arcade Twitter crowd to influence the offline and online sim modes like ML and MLO. He already knows the answer he will get asking Twitter Nation a question like that. Open shots should be rewarded over bad contested shots all day everyday but of course the Twitter Kids don't want to run any competent sets to get good to decent looks and instead want to be bailed out by smothered shots, ratings or player archetype be damned.

Let's not forget that he can tweak online and offline sliders separately; however, I'm confused by the question.

Is he asking if contested shots are going in too much, and the shot success needs to be nerfed? Or is he asking that the shot contest is forcing too many misses, and the shot contest affect needs to be nerfed?

Basically asking the twitter is good marketing.

They already know the result of the poll, as you do. They are not dumb!

They just want to show that they"hear the community" and they are justifying their actions

If Czar would do a twitter poll about 5 out, it would never be removed

I'm glad he did. Terrible shots selection is rewarded These kids online don't care if they're open or contested
they got the ball = "instant shot"
Especially the Sharpshooters they will make 20 shots attempts by game

For now, this seems to be applicable only to online Park and Pro Am. I can live with that; they should keep ALL patches seperate between Offline and Online.

Depends on what heavy contest they are talking about? If you’re a deadeye shooter and he closes out late he should be punished.

The main nerf should be limitless range because you can green so far.

Here we go again with this, different year, same indecisiveness shown by Mike Wang in regards to tuning this game. Another poll on twitter, of all places, to decide the balance of a what is supposed to be a basketball simulation.

Is this really what it's come to? Polling twitter to decide the fate of Rewarding bad shot selection? This is disgraceful.

I hope this doesnt effect offline, I just about got my sliders where I want them, please Mike Wang, dont mess offline up. I cant vote, as I dont do that twetter thing, nor do I even no how to use it, and I dont care to know how to use that twit crap.
