Gatorade training facility

Just got the game a few days ago. Still trying to learn the new changes. Is there any other good reason to go there except for getting a trophy/achievement for doing every exercise once, buying gatorade products, increasing your energy/turbo, and getting the quick reflexes badge to gold?

Yes quick reflex badge can b gotten by doing the reaction drill

no +1 but you fill up the turbo for mycareer

This may be common knowledge; the smoothie guy gives the +1 training drills. So after 3 practice drills, get a smoothie, hear his funny conspiracy theory’s, and then you can go back to the facility for one more drill.
