What did the latest update do?

I turned on 2K and before i got to the main menu there was a loading bar that said it was "downloading latest updates" and had a percentage from 0 to 100%. That's the first time i've seen a download happen WITHIN the game, rather than through the ps4 menu.
What did it do?
What changed?

My joint just did that too but i didnt play in like 3 days so that could be a reason

Seems to have nerfed good foot planting. Now slippy slidy sluggish feel to defense. Nice...

not like the prelude demo anymore. slippery defense foot work is almost like 2k17 already.

What’s the point of making defense slippery again? 2k honestly needs to fire some people at this point it’s getting ridiculous how much they change stuff
