Are hook shots glitched this year?

Does anyone else find that hook shots are completely useless this year on HOF. I played a game as the 71 bucks against the warriors thinking Kareem would eat Zaza and West for breakfast, I started a game just feeding Kareem in the post to test his skyhook shot percentages and ended up going something like 5/40 by the end of the first half. Is it me or is the post hook glitched this year?

there useless on almost any difficulty, this year the post seems about faking your opponent, which doesnt work on the computer, so online the post can work, but at the end of the day its broken, because if normal shots in the post dont go in, than why would anyone jump at them in the first place, once everyone realizes that most post shots just dont go in no matter how close to the basket you took them, then everyone online will just stay on they're feet nullifying most moves in the post, just like the cpu.

I've always thought post hooks have been useless for the last several 2K games unless you had a big that was rated in the high 80s or 90s. I've conditioned myself to try to crash for offensive rebounds as soon as I see my teammate motion for one.

The hook shot or the jump hook is trash in 2k18.

Post Scorers are the only archetype that doesn't get any badges for their skill. Another case of 2k making mistakes and overlooking things.
No post fade badge or post hook badge. And the post badges they do get shot creators also get.

I noticed that . If you put post scoring as secondary you post game will be in the mid 70s for post fades and hooks. No badges for those and those moves really won’t fall.
