You can buy a large portion of your overall. You can’t buy rep. We already had a nice attribute progression system AND a slick rep system. Not sure why they thought it would be cool to remove rep and replace it with this nonsense.

You already answered your own question of why they would replace it with this nonsense

You can reach the top rep without ever having to use or buy VC in the other games...But you gotta use and buy VC if overall replaces rep.

To me it seems I have little to work for. Last year I could grind my dude to a 99 And work on my rep. This year I just grind to 99. Less dynamic, less replayability. Disappointing, no?

Last year you could only grind to 95 by yourself. You had to play in the park or pro-am to get to 99.

This year you can get to 99 without ever having to play with anyone else (mostly), but the grind is undeniably more significant.

So I guess I’m the only one that isn’t a fan of this. My point is I always COULD grind my guy to a high overall, but now I CANT establish rep. Rep is gone, attribute grind is slightly adjusted but remains. Nobody cares? Everyone’s all good with that?
