Which NBA 2k had the best soundtrack of all time?

NBA 2k15 was the worst IMO.

I'm split between 2K11 and 12. I remember loving both but I can definitely the names of the 2K11 songs, so I guess I give the edge to 11.

2K13 was easily the worst soundtrack for me. Nothing but a big collab between Jay Z and Kanye. Not a lick of diversity in the music at all. Skipped 15 so I can't really speak on that. Still have 16 and there are 3 songs I love hearing every time like AEAO. **** is bumping. Love the international song selection. Can't really remember 2K14 soundtrack.

2K11, was the prime of my time in college, playing 2K every day.

Nothing like kicking your friends *** and then the game returns to the main menu like.

truth b e told. I can't stand JayZ Or Kayan or whatever his name is, but I thought some of the tunes were catchy, and I really really liked Daft Punk and Cold play. So maybe i need to go back and hear the rest though...

Lmao it's Kanye West. But I don't recall daft punk or cold play in that soundtrack. It was just Jay-Z for days on end but I could be wrong. They should never allow one artist be solely responsible for the game's soundtrack ever again.

I liked 2K14 and I quite liked the last couple years, 2K15 aside. I noticed they reuse quite a few songs across soundtracks though. I know Creator by Santogold was reused in 2K15 and Victory by Biggie was in an older game as well as this years. I remember it from when they used to play the music in pre game cutting between the music video and highlight clips, it was pretty awesome it might have been 2K12.

2K11 and 2K10 are very close as my favorite, but I'll always edge towards 11 by just a few hairs. After 2K10, I'd probably go with 2K12, 2K8 (pretty underrated to me—I don't think I've ever seen it in anyone's top 5), and then 2K9 to round out my top 5. (2K9 gets that last slot mainly for 2K Pennies by The Cool Kids)
