You go to quick edit on the roster screen. Hit options button (if on ps4) and that takes you to quick edit mode. Hit triangle like 3x, there you can find all the badges there for that team, go to first badge row and hit square to edit that cell and down on right stick 2 or 3x and it will delete all badges for every player for that category of badge. so it makes it a lot easier to do. Also, if you're doing a my league, when you start it with no badges, they will put the personality badges back on inside of my league. it's automatic. If you want them off, you have to take them off again. but I don't mind the personality badges myself tbh
