Pulling off three way trades

Has anyone successfully completed a three-way trade involving sending players across two organizations? If so please tell me how you were able to do it.

I've done a few, you just need to satisfy the needs of both teams lol, I've added in a 3rd team a few times just to make the salaries match up. What trade(s) were you attempting to do that wouldn't go through?
