More fouls for CPU to draw, less fouls for USER to draw, how?

Hey guys, need some help here.

If I want to make it harder for USER to draw fouls, and easier for CPU to be fouled (meaning USER will commit more fouls in the game, punishing USER, and CPU goes to FT line more)...

In the sliders, there is one called 'Shooting Foul Frequency'...I got so confused and ended up doing it wrong, because I had USER in 40 and CPU in 90, and then at the end I think but am not sure still, this would have CPU to be called on fouls much more and not USER...

So can bros here plz teach me how to set it properly? It should be the other way around isn't it? CPU's shooting foul frequency goes low, USER's shooting foul frequency goes high?

You've got it backwards. You need to turn the User Shooting foul frequency up and the CPU foul down. Also, just like in the NBA, the amount of fouls called isn't always consistent. I've had games where I take 15 free throws and games where I take 2, so make sure to test a bunch to get the amount you like. I would try CPU at 30 and User at 70 first.
