possible patch 1.07/1.08 FT % lowered?

i have nba 2k on ps4 pro and XB1X and for some strange reason after patch 1.07/1.08 only the ps4 version seems to have FT % consistenly in the 60's despite who is at the line...

i even had second and third opinions from others who came over for some good old VS offline games.....

i will even take it a bit futher to say that the game feels a tad bit less responsives compared to pre patch ps4 version and post patch to the xbox one x .....causing slight delays in passing and shooting .....

are any of you guys seeing this?

I have definitely noticed more missed free throws since these patches in pro am. I've focused on releasing on the vibration rather than the motion and its helped me a bit.
