Which of my 2 builds should I commit to?

I'm trying to decide if I should stick with my 6'8 270lbs max wingspan SF sharpshooting defender or my 6'9 259lbs max wingspan SF 2 way shot creator. I'm gonna list the attributes at 90 overall with 1 more bar to fill up before 91 overall & the badges of each one. The 1st number/badge is the sharpshooting defender & the 2nd is the 2 way shot creator.

Attributes
Standing layup 71/81
Driving layup 66/75
Shot close 71/81
Standing dunk 72/78
Driving dunk 72/76
Contact dunk 73/77
Contested shot mid 75/88
Open shot mid 73/85
Moving shot mid 67/79
Contested shot 3 75/76
Open shot 3 73/74
Moving shot 3 71/71
Ball control 60/72
Speed with ball 51/60
Pass vision 68/71
Pass accuracy 64/66
Post fadeaway/hook/control 64/74
Boxout 74/73
Off/Def rebound 73/72
Steal 87/77
Block 86/79
Shot contest 86/78
Vertical 73/70
Lateral quickness 70/61
Speed 73/71
Acceleration 72/70
Strength 84/77
Stamina 98/99

Badges that both builds have
Bruiser gold/bronze
Charge card gold/silver
Chasedown artist gold/silver
Defensive stopper gold/silver
Pick pocket gold/silver
Corner specialist silver/bronze
Lob city finisher silver/bronze
Pick dodger silver/bronze
Posterizer silver/bronze
Putback king silver/bronze
Rim protector silver/bronze
Acrobat bronze/bronze
Difficult shots bronze/gold
Mid range deadeye bronze/gold
1 man fast break bronze/silver
Pick & roller bronze/bronze
Tireless scorer bronze/gold

Sharpshooting defender badges
Catch & shoot silver
Deep range deadeye silver
Limitless range silver
Brick wall bronze
Hustle rebounder bronze
Pick & popper bronze

2 way shot creator badges
Tear dropper gold
Relentless finisher silver
Ankle breaker bronze
Drop stepper bronze
Post spin bronze
Up & under bronze

When I made my 2 way shot creator (my 2nd guy), I didn't know that I wouldn't get the defensive anchor badge. It wasn't until I found out that defense has to be your primary skill that I went back to working on my sharpshooting defender (my 1st guy). Now I'm starting to wonder if that defensive anchor badge is really worth me taking some hits to my offense, ball control, speed with ball, and stuff like that. I also wonder if the shot creator with bronze posterizer & a little better attributes dunks better than the defender with silver posterizer & a little lower attributes. I also wonder if the defender with catch & shoot silver & mid range in the 70s is gonna make as much shots as the shot creator with mid range in the 80s.

This is my dilemma lol. What do yall think? Which build would you commit to more?

Re: Which of my 2 builds should I commit to?

Whats crazy about this is that Im in the same dillema as you.

I have a 6'7 Two Way Shot Creator and 7'0 Sharpshooting Rim Protector.

Pick the one that answers more of these questions

Whether ProAm or Playground, What fits my team/squad?
Which one wins more games?
Which one fits with randoms(if you play with them)?

But most of all which one is more fun to you?

For me Im seeing more and more its my Sharpshooting Rim Protector. As I am am one of the few people in my squad or teammates I run with that has a big men. I also think the value of a big man that stretches the floor and can play defense is more valuable.

With my two shot creator, I play more of a Harden role. Breaking defense and kicking out to shooters. Scoring 2s etc. But on offense feel out of place if I don't touch the ball. The three isn't that consistent(good days shoot 50% wide open, average days shoot 35% wide open)

I love the playstyle of my Sharp Rim Protector and win more games. But the potential of my two shot creator because of the badges at 99 is what keeps me interested in using him.

The Two Way SC would have HOF SC badges and Gold Defensive stopper which seems like the counter for all guards when used right but simply, it isn't my teams need so I stick with my Rim Protector.

Commit to the build that's the most fun for you and the one that provides the most rewarding experience.

Two way SC = Jimmy Butler / Kawhi
Sharpshooting defender = Serge Ibaka / Shane Battier / Bruce Bowen

Defense secondary is good on the two SC. Defense is better on the sharpshooting defender . SS Defender fits most pro am teams better. I have both . It depends if i need to carry the offense or camp in the corner. I always guard the best player regardless.

Re: Which of my 2 builds should I commit to?

Thanks for the feedback. Haven't played with my SC in a while, so I might have to test him out again to answer those questions that nyccc asked. I would probably play the same way with both players. I know for sure that I'm not getting to 99 overall, though. I'm guessing that the defensive anchor badge might raise steals, blocks, and shot contest by 5 points for my teammates. I think that would be worth it. On a side note, is it true that when you lower the shoulder width of your player, his arms get longer? My friend told me that and it sounded crazy. If that's true, I really messed up my 3 players cuz their shoulders are the max.

I feel like a 6'6-6'7 playmaking shot creator (SC 1st/PM 2nd) is the best guard build in the game. You can just take over games with very good ball handling and it is very easy to create space and get off a good shot with a sliver of separation.

I've got a 6'7 flipped, shot creating playmaker and he is a lot of fun to use, but I definitely can't fill it up like the opposite.

Re: Which of my 2 builds should I commit to?

I Have a slashing rim protector that’s 6’10 and a pure sharp and that’s 6’10 . The slashing rim protector was cool cause I could dunk & guard the paint. But, I couldn’t get rebounds against glass cleaners. My pure sharp I actually can get steals and blocks once in a while. I chose to be my sharp cause I had more fun trying to score, that my rim protector, that can’t do a thing against 3 point shooters or glass cleaners. My logic is we might as well try to outscore them.

Re: Which of my 2 builds should I commit to?

So I got both of my guys to 91 cuz of 2xp & I think I have a better experience with my 2 way SC. It's weird. When I started playing with him again in the park, he seemed slower than my SS defender, but as I played more games, he seemed faster, even on defense. I just have to defend even at a higher level, but sometimes my team needs more offense than defense. Our team lost the next pro am game after I got defensive anchor, so I don't think it made a difference. At least I know that if I accidentally do a pull up jumper when I'm trying to go to the basket for a dunk, I have a better chance of making that shot with the SC.
