I've played through a couple times, sometimes it's not bad and on the off chance it may be good.

However, the worse I've seen is the trade for Montrezl Harrell. The AI decided to send away Bobby Portis and an unprotected 2019 first round pick.

Again - to be clear - this forced trade ONLY happens in the first year for ONE Trade ONLY. It's part of the storyline. You can't fire the idiot Assistant GM at the time of the trade - but don't worry - he gets his soon enough.

Yeah there’s two instances where you can fire him but it’s more so towards the end of the season where you fire him
