NBA 2K18 Patch 1.09 Adds Support For the Upcoming NBA 2K League Combine

Hope it's okay to post here, but after this patch, my game has been having sporadic frame rate issues during the game. The game seems to like blur for a few seconds then go back to normal. Like Im putting on reading glasses to play a video game. Just wondered if anyone else had this happen? Ps4.
