So I ran two full seasons. No injuries. No morale. No chemistry. No trades. Two separate seasons. Only changed one rating on every 90+ rated player in the game had their intangible ratings set to 25 in one season, and had their normal rating (for most 90+ is 98 actually) for the other season. Both seasons also had in season training effect set to 0.
