The post push is too OP and one on one needs offensive and defensive 3 seconds

This has just become too lame to play one on one in the venue. The people streaking are literally always post players and 99% of them will resort to doing nothing else but abusing the post push after you lock them up. The move itself isn’t cheese but some ppl have learned that if you back down a certain way and do it you’ll get the good animation where the offensive player pushes you back and it stuns you for a second

I just lost to a 74 ovr twice who somehow found a way to get the post push animation every single time they got the ball. The post push of course is when you press the left stick towards the rim and even last year it was EXTREMELY cheese. I had a buddy who made a center for 1 day and went on YouTube and found the post push and he could beat me 9/10 times because he did literally NOTHING else but spam it. There’s a certain way you do it where you get the good animation where the offensive player pushes you back and stuns you for about a second. If you get hit with that animation you literally give up a dunk EVERY time.

I’m not surprised to see this type of cheese in one on one tho.

Bigs can cover to much ground on defense(they are too fast)

Late contest on laups matter too much.

Random blocks doing pumpfakes.

Leaning shots for guys who have catch and shoot badge should be removed.

Can’t pull the chair because the good ones will only do it directly under the rim so if you back up any further you’ll literally be out of bounds

As i said this was a move in 2k17 as well and i have yet to find a stop for it.

The only stop i can think of is going to the one on one with a pure rim protector with HOF defense stopper because at that point your opponent won’t be able to trigger a dunk animation. Then at that point it becomes easy because all your doing is timing blocks on layups.

The thing that makes this hard is that it triggers a contact dunk animation 80% of the time and the couple times it doesn’t they still make the layup because of the second it stuns your player.

I could probably spam reach but i refuse to foul out of a park/venue game. And i find it to be cheese.

How big is your player, and how big do you think the post player was you went up against?
