Best teammate for t-mac

Exactly what it says in the title... I just want to know what you guys think.

I'm starting my own rebuild with the nets and I created two draft classes using the attributes from ezmaddens and justincollin177s draft classes.

Basically each draft class has a bunch of legends with fill in players from a few draft classes they did and created players.

So the first draft is a guard/forward based draft in which I plan on picking Tracy McGrady no matter what pick I have.

The next draft is a center/PF based draft with legends as well.

My first thought was to pick Shaq because both him and McGrady wanted to play together at one point but I also feel as though he's a bad pick for today's NBA and how fast I would like to play.

Which do you guys think would be the best match with tmac?


I know this isn't realistic at all but I want to infuse the league with talent and legends and this is the best way to do it without choosing who goes to every team.

I’d say Webber if you’re looking for fast paced play. Either him or shaq

I wouldn't exactly say too fast but with the way the game is and how hard it is to use a bunch of post moves to my advantage(ex: post hook barely works and that is shaqs go-to besides dunking)

I actually thought Webber might be a nice pick because he never won a championship and also is a nice passer/rebounder/scorer.


Now one thought I had was KG, howcome you guys chose Webber over someone like him?

I guess I'm going off my experience playing with them in the game. KG rates out the best.

So you feel as though Webber is better to play with than kg?

I didn't know I could compare players like that which is nice but all of these legends are in the low 80s because they are "rookies" in the drafts so each stat isn't the same.

I enjoy passing out of the high post but banging downlow sometimes. I also shoot a lot of 3's and like to run pick and roll from time to time. Also iso with tmac. I try to use ball movement as much as possible and to run when the defense isn't set. I end up scoring in the 100s most of the time.

I wouldn't mind slowing down my gameplay but it gives me so many less opportunities to score and if I'm playing a high scoring team I feel as though I need to run to compete. Which is most if the NBA now a days. That's why I felt as though Shaq wouldn't give me the best advantage because I have to slow the game down for him to be effective.

I guess it depends on what type of style you’re going for.

If you want T-mac to dominate on offense with someone else dominating on defense, id definitely go with KG.

If you want a dominate offensive team i’d pick webber.
