Big man 3 point glitch

Many probably remember the days of the big man 3 point glitch in full force. However it still appears to be a bit of an issue.

I've been simming through the first year of franchise and stopped at the all star break to check out stats. The glitch doesn't appear to be all big men (for example Capela and Nene haven't attempted a single three between them on Houston) but it is mixed throughout the league. I'm wondering if it's attached to a certain type of offense. Examples:

Robin Lopez 6-26 (previous high 2 attempts, although he is 4 of 12 to this point IRL)

Tristan Thompson 1-6 (previous high 3 in a full year)

Hassan Whiteside 2-16 (never attempted a 3 before)

Bismack Biyombo 0-8 (2 career 3 point attempts)

Kenneth Faried 5-35 (career in 7 years including current 2-20)

Andre Drummond 4-12 (career in six years including this year 5-26)

Eric Moreland 1-9 (career never attempted a three)

Alan Williams 1-13 (career 0-1)

Alex Len 7-38 (career 5-22)

Steven Adams 5-18 (career 0-5)

Josef Nurkic 5-16 (Career 0-13)

Ed Davis 1-11 (career 0-1 in 8 years)

checked each tendency and Nurkic had a 1, Len a 5, and Lopez a 5, the rest all zeroes across any 3 point tendencies.

Not trying to disagree, as this is a bit of an issue in MyLeague sims, however, I did want to point out that Whiteside has actually attempted (and made!) two three-pointers this year.
