How could 2k incorporate "illegal defense" to help out the old school teams?

While true, I think it should be a give and take situation; while you would have less players who are good at 3's, I would think there would be more players would be good from mid range and almost certainly more players who are good in the post.

With the right sets they should still be good offensively, just in a different way, I think the real problem would be effectively guarding stretch 4's and 5's due to old school front court players being focused on interior defense.
