    Ratings help for retired players

So a fun idea came in my mind to do with myLeague, due to so many players on All time teams, I was thinking of doing a "bring players out of retirement" Take the player from their all time team, change their age and ratings to match how they would be currently if they unretired. But im terrible at ratings would like some help to what these players overall ratings would be if they unretired.

    Tim Duncan, age - 41
    Kobe Bryant, age - 39
    Allen Iverson, age - 42
    Shaq, age - 46
    Kevin Garnett, age - 41

I plan on putting Duncan back on the Spurs, Kobe back on the Lakers and KG back on the TWolves, what teams should I put Iverson and Shaq on?

I do something opposite to that but easier to convert; so I added them to the next years draft and set their age as their rookie year, and adjust some of their attributes or leave them at their peak with matching att. So they can play longer and more realistic. You of course must know by now how to add real players to the draft.
