I'm an Xbone user who hadn't played in a week but I DL'd a 1.5 GB update last night that drastically improved ball/rim physics. There were hardly any fortunate bounces. It made such a big difference; I can't believe it took 2K years to fix it.

I totally agree with you on that one, but on the flip side I'm playing the Heat in MyLeague and their backup Center has 5 fouls already in the second qtr. and he never got subbed out...

Only fix was probably that free throw "Sixth Man" air bounce back into the hoop.

The videos were pretty embarrassing I would suspect. Imagine if it happens during one of the live 2K League matches

Where do people get this stuff? There hasn't even been any patch notes. Only thing I'm seeing a confirmed in this thread is the pop up advertisement for 2k19. If that's really the only thing they did for this patch then I'm pretty upset.

Yeah the patch probably just added the 2k19 ad. That's likely all it did.

Just had the game crash in the 3rd quarter of a MyCareer game about 5 times. This game and it’s devs are pathetic

Had a friend who played four games last night and said he saw way less friendly rolls. I've been complaining about this for years. Between me and the CPU I had six "friendly bounces" in a 12 minute, default AS game last night. I used to get 25-30 back when I was keeping track of this stuff.

Pretty sure 99% of that update was for the pop up that gives you the option to buy 2k19 for 10% off.

Beside while 2K hasnt put out any patch notes, On page 1, which people ignored, I stated what the embedded Patch Notes says on PS4.

Basically general stability, user experience fixes, which is probably a cover for setting up that 2K19 pre-order stuff, and they just didnt want to spoil it (thats my guess though)

I was able to play through a whole game without being dash boarded. First time in weeks that I have been able to play a game.

Maybe it's nothing but I thought there was slightly less clipping. I played an offline game.

Did the patch make anyone that stopped playing the game for a while decide to load up the game and play to see what changed?

I think that's what the patch was about TBH. I dont think they need a patch for advertisements.
