NBA 2K18 Freezing/Entire Game Issue

It all started when I saved a game for later in my league.

I go back to play the game and all game audio instantly is gone and each time I try to pause the game it would freeze.

Things would work normally in other game modes for a couple sessions but now it is the same in everything. I can't pause at all or it'll completely freeze and my game has no audio.

I have reinstalled the game and still, it's the same thing- no audio and no pausing. Xbox, digital version.

Audio gone happened to me. I just reinstalled and started over. Can’t use the saved game.

There's no audio at all when I reinstall though and have the same issue. But I'll reinstall again and see if that works. I have it for both systems (got it for free on one) so I can just play with my PS4 for my league but I want to be able to play online with my friends and be able to pause without it freezing lol
