Change in shot release on different screen

With wife and kids out of the house, i connected my ps4 to our tv.
I usually play on my gaming monitor (24”. 120hz game screen)

First game i played i realised something was off.

Apparently my release is way faster on the tv, resulting in a lot of late shots

Nothing else changed. Never heard of this. Is this common?

Different tvs/monitors different settings. There may be a "game mode" or something that either needs to be activated or deactivated. Or... Deactivated and reactivated when you miss too many... :-/
