Calling fouls during turbo cloesouts would work for me. Running into 3 pt shooters is a big part of the real NBA. That would open up the floor.

I'm a little worried about this...from an offensive perspective.

I don't always want a foul call when someone bites on my pump fake. I'd prefer for them to end up out of place, so I can get my easy two.

Especially in the Park where there's no real consequence for fouling. I'd be real annoying for bad defense to continually get bailed out by this mechanic.

It should work on static guys as well. This kind of counter is super important for balance.

My take on it here too...

It'd suck if the post game essentially turned into "get you to jump so I can draw a foul"

Well see how its implemented though...

Valid concern here, I think we can have some confidence that with the yearly progression of gameplay we won't be thrust back into a previous 2K issue unless there are unintended consequences. I think they factor in balance and what people trying to break the game will do to manipulate any feature set.

Think it was 2k17, have fond memories of leading a rebuilding Mavericks team to a title by averaging 30+ppg with a rookie Zubac who went to the line at least ten times a game pump faking.
