Just because basketball players hit him up to get their ratings doesn't mean they mess with him. Who else can they hit up really? They just want their ratings...

I won't attack Ronnie personally because talking bad about somebody on a message board is lame to me...


I will say that I believe Ronnie is a symbol for what 2K has become. Back when Rob and Mike (and the Czar at OS) were out front as the main faces for promoting the game it was constantly about authenticity and trying to simulate the actual game as close as they could in video game form.

Now it's about a bunch of other stuff. Trying to get retweets and follows just for a rating. Trying to appease the rapidly growing casual segment who just want to dress their player in "cool" gear and get green releases online.

I'm not tripping about it anymore...it's unfortunate but it is what it is.
