rebounds after contesting a shot in the post

Is anyone else feel like it's nearly impossible to get a defensive rebound after trying to block a shot in the post? It feels like there is a two second debuff for my player after trying to block a shot in the post. Yet the offensive player who missed the shot can spring right back up for the rebound in a split second. I am giving up way too many offensive rebounds to the guy who missed the shot. Was just curious if anyone else was experiencing this?

sounds quite right to be honest. you are trying to Block a Ball and out of Position because of that, while the offensive Player will exactly Know where the Ball Lands. i imagine that might Happen in Real life too.
