MyCareer Newbie Question

Been meaning to try this game for years. Last year I ended up getting NBA Live 18 on like a $20 sale. Loved that game was going to get NBA2K18 on sale later but all the negative reviews of MyCareer turned me off to it. Career modes are what I like to play most in sports games or CFM in Madden.

This year the said in interviews the VC grind wouldn’t be like 18 and other things convinced me to buy both NBA Live 19 and NBA2K19 this year. I got the Anniversary Edition with the 100000 VC.

So the reason for this post is I want to spend it wisely. What is the best way to spend it in 19 to advance your career. What purchases if any carry over to any other MyCareer player types you decide to make. My fear is I will spend all my VC on my first MyCareer player and not like that player type in the long run and have all that VC got to waste.

Any advice would be appreciated. Was searching for a good guide but really didn’t find one on this subject.

I made a few builds and played a game or two on the park (I like park better but u could do this with my career too) and even tho they were sixty ovr, I still got a feel for what they would be like. Just test a build out u think u will like without upgrading it, if u don’t like it then try again

Thanks for the advice, does that mean any VC you spend to unlock stuff for one MyCareer player will give you nothing for any of your other ones?
