    Slow layup animations

What’s up with the slow layup animations under the basket when a player is wide open because of a defensive mistake. These really make it easier for a user in play now online to recover and get a shot contest or block taking away easy would be points and punishing double teaming from bad spots on the floor. Anyone else noticing this?

Yeah I've had an issue with this for a while. Especially smaller guys. I remember IT having that crazy MVP caliber year in Boston, but being unusable on 2K because the layups are so slow. I really don't understand why they don't have quicker ones. I have realized that when open, you don't have to fill the meter and that shaves a little time off, but still pretty slow.

I feel like its because animation packages are mocapped in a shootaround like session. Theres no sense of urgency in a lot of animations because theres no defenders.

Would probably be hard to do but it would be cool to just have alot of hoopers run 5 on 5s and pull some animations from there
      ... But hey VC sale!!
