How do you change your appearance in MyGM?

When I initially started I just picked random looks so I could go in and see what MyGM looked like this year. Now whenever I start MyGM I'm stuck with that default bald weird looking dude.



I did the face scan for MyCareer and set that one up properly, but no matter I do, MyGM is the original one I did. How the heck do you correct this?!?!

I know under Options in My GM - there is a “Edit Head” section. Not sure if that’s what your looking for.

You can't change your appearance until you get access to the MyGM main menu. Sorry to say, you don't get access to the menu until what feels like hours of dialog and cutscenes.

yea 3 hours thexts are to long and mostly non sense stupid stuff like talking to a player that your not even going sign even if you want too!!!!!

And if your like me, any of your edits don’t save anyways. I can change everything in “edit head” but any cutscenes my guy is still bald with no facial hair

You have to exit the mode and reload then your hair shows up.

Do you have to load,exit, and reload every time to get your hair to stay? Even after I save the game every time I come back in my guy is bald. How do I get it to save so I don’t have to edit my hair literally ever single time I load up the game for myGM?

I’m not sure if this is the exact fix or if you would even count it as a fix at all BUT I was able to change my guys hair by starting a myGM editing his hair and appearance and then starting an entirely new myGM, the changes took effect in the new one.
