At what OVR a Shot-Creating Playmaker maxes it Ball Control?

Hey guy,

does anyone know at what OVR a Shot-Creating Playmaker maxes its 89 Ball Control?

I want to make a 6'5 Shot-creating Playmaker that has 89 ball control at max but I don't have time to grind it to like 93 ovr just to speed boost. It will take me the whole year just to get to 93 as I don't have much free time.

Please help

Can you not be good without whatever "speed boost" is? Sounds cheesy.

thanks for the reply man but I already made a 6'5 playmaking shot creator. he maxes his ball control at 87 but Imn't even sure I will get to his 87 ball control untill 2k20 is out. he's way too slow for my liking and cant dribble well.

Imn't cheeser, I don't even play park where most of the cheese is happenning. I only play jordan rec center actually

Lol just based on my two players, it looks like your primary maxes at 88/89 and I imagine your secondary maxes on 94 since that’s when the secondary takeover happens. I’m at 92 and still have one more cap left for my secondary.

Hopefully you like your build, otherwise it’s a waste of time to grind just to speed boost. IMO it shouldn’t exist in the game anyways.
