VC Promo Clothing and Boosts not showing up

Is this happening to anyone else? I received the 17k VC but no clothes or the boosts it showed on the Promo?

17K? You mean 100k VC from LeBron edition? Or 5k from the regular edition.
If you are done with the prelude, the game will ask you about the clothes...will you equip them to this player or not.

He is referring to a promo 2k did on weekend with 17k vc and a shirt for 4€ or 4$ I guess.


I got my stuff, but im not surprised that it didnt work for everyone...

It's a purchasable "starter pack" option in the in-game VC store.

I never even had the options to purchase the starter pack for some reason. Saw a lot of people saying everything didn't show up though so I wonder if they removed it.
