Why is this game so laggy online?

Well this has been the case for the last 4 years 2k series on this gen when the game first come out everything would be okay and then some days go by and the game starts rubberbanding and choppy all over the place online / offline myleague online, career, park etc.

There is a big issue about rubberbanding 2k, players would go to places that you don'T want to, some flash speed teleporting happens etc. etc. and when you play play now online or myleague online 5v5 10 players act like they have no relation to one another. You see your controlled player would stuck or hit an invisible wal while yo just try to move etc. etc, a lot of choppines would appear bcs of all unnatural movement happening with either stuck or stop. It needs to be fixed on games end.
