I don’t think this is true. The Jazz city uniforms and court from last year were not available unless you started a new MyLeague after the roster update, for example. This is status quo, albeit bad status quo.

The start up screen before you get into the main menu will load twice. There will be a basketball in the center of the screen that loads before you get into the main menu. That is usually a roster update/content update.

A few more uniforms have been leaked and there is a 5th uniform option known as "Earned" for just about every team. Miami for example has a City Edition Vice uniform and Court coming out along with a pink Vice Earned uniform.

Hmmm...I got jerseys and courts in myleague fine last year.
