rim sound?

when the ball hits the rim, i hear no sound. is it like this for you too?
is there a way to fix this?

This issue is extremely annoying in rec games.

Not only does the rim sound effect stop work, but sometimes all sound effects quit working for a short period while only background music plays.

Don’t get me started on the annoying music cuts during timeouts. Why is there background music even playing. People can do that in their homes if that’s what they prefer. I should be able to toggle this off.

This right here. This started yesterday where all the sound effects are totally gone in rec center games and the only sound you hear at all is the god damn crap music in the background thats in 2k beats. I even asked other players on my team if they hear sound and they said the same thing.
