I really wish you could see players energy levels when using the in game substitution menu on the d pad (for ps4)

what genius thought it makes more sense to put players overalls instead of their energy levels

I hate having to pause the game, slows it right down & its just dumb

It's been like that for a few years now. It's really stupid.

You do however get an indication that they are tired after a while and their names will go green, orange and finally red when they are dead tired.
