This means that we can't connect to another user. We normally get a consistent syncing message, or the league will freeze when an invite is accepted, or a user simply won't get the invite.
THIS IS HAPPENING TO MULTIPLE LEAGUES, NOT JUST OURS.
No matter what we try, one of the three outcomes listed above happens between those two times.
THE SAME THING HAPPENED AFTER PATCH 3, CAUSING US TO RESTART THE ENTIRE LEAGUE. We are simply too far in to do that again.
I've tried:
Tweeting the Devs: I understand that I haven't received a response yet. They get blasted with stupid tweets all day every day.
2k Support Ticket: They just sent me a generic support response telling me how to check my connection. It's not my connection as it happens to all 30 users and we are all hardwired (league requirement).
2k Live Chat: This was absolutely no help. It works for some issues, but not this issue. Even sent them a YouTube video of what happens and they said TO CHECK MY CONNECTION, even after explaining it happens to all 30 users.
Reaching out to Brian Mazique: He wrote an article in Forbes for me back when the game first came out. Most of the issues were fixed from that article, but new issues are now there. He said he would try to help, but says he doesn't have much pull.
Posting the issue to a Reddit User with a Direct Connect to 2K Devs: user yyy2k starts a feedback thread every year and sends requests directly to 2k devs constantly. I talked to him about this critical issue but states that he doesn't have much pull on what they fix.
At this point, we are out of options. This has been happening since the patch, so we are going on about 4 days now.
My plea is that I know there are OS members here that know some 2k devs. I know Da Czar used to be on OS as well. Please, if you have any resources that can be made aware of this issue, please help.
