Loved 2k16 and 17. Played a lot of MyPlayer and MyTeam. Bought 2k18 but couldn’t get into it. Is 2k19 worth it?

Your best bet is to get 2K18; it's the better game.
I am playing MyLeague with the new rosters (someone made an update) - I simmed until next season so I start in 2018-19 season. Schedule may not be accurate, but I have all the players with their correct contracts. Rebranded the Lakers, Nuggets, etc with their new uniforms.
