The last patch definitely increased steals, fouls and reach in attempts

It's been over 2 weeks since the last patch and I honestly feel the latest patch made the gameplay even worse..... from the more I play the game.

Despite what 2k say..... steals from the AI reaching in or passing it in the lane have increased. And they've definitely increased the amount of times the AI reaches in at you. Was never this bad 3 weeks back.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it definitely feels that way to me.

Last game i played my ai teammates reached like crazy. One point they got 3 straight reaching fouls.

I guess I dont really have a issue with the reach ins fouls. Is there more called in the game than IRL, Yeah, but with NBA2k19, the fouls are broken, there is no charging, blocking, or shooting fouls on 3pt attempts, and rarely is a loose ball or over the back foul called.

In well over 30 games played, Ive seen a total of 4 charging fouls, 2 by me and 2 by the CPU, and Id say about the same with blocking fouls. And I have had 1 foul called on a 3pt attempt.



So while the reach in fouls is a tad much, with the game not registering basically any other fouls, outside of shooting fouls inside the paint, Im fine with the reach in calls. Because it helps with getting the stats closer to accurate with fouls per game.


You dont like so many reach ins, by the AI players, just turn down the reach in tendency. After all that is why we have sliders. Would I love for the devs to actually make a realistic simulation right out of the box, yeah, of course, but since they seem to be inept at being able to do that, atleast we have sliders, to try and make things more realistic.


Unfortunately, there are some things sliders cant fix, like the lack the issue with the lack of fouls I mentioned, even with putting them all at 100, it dont help.
But when it comes to the reach in tendency, if you want less reach ins, a very simple fix, is to turn down reach in tendency. IMO there is much more pressing issues, like the lack of those fouls I mentioned, than wanting the devs to tone down reach in fouls by the CPU controlled players.

Well.... I'm inside center. The amount of times they reach in on me in the first 2 minute is stupid.

I've played a lot of career and I can honestly tell you, it has definitely increased the past week or so. I can't even post the ball up without them reaching in on me most of the time.

Last patch DESTROYED SHOOTING ON ALL STAR ... I can’t hit open Js with the warriors/j ingles and elite shooters! Regular shooters - forget it! This is exhibition game
