Earning VC In 2K19

I can't find an answer to this question.

When you played online head to head, you used to get like 400 vc, and a vc bonus if you beat a team in a higher tier....

I played 2 head to head games and got no vc (I lost).

Do you get vc for head to head anymore?

What about franchise? My team?

If you have a list that would be helpful, I can't seem to find anything to let me know

Yeah, you still earn VC win or lose. I think it's 500 VC no matter what, because the game was originally made where you mostly played against people in your own tier and definitely from your league.

If you get matched up against somebody from a higher level, just know that you do not get any extra VC for winning.

EDIT: Correction. We actually earn 1K VC when we win and 400 VC when we lose.

Thank you so much... Helps me out. I'll just enjoy the parts of the game I like and try to improve my player that way.

Anyone know any other ways to earn that might be unexpected?
