Fan Base frozen in MyCareer

Hi There,


i have a problem with my Fan Base in MyCareer.
Im currently stucked at 37252272 Fans.


Made a ticket to 2k support:
Their solution like always was...
- cache clear
- re-install the game
- newest patch 1.07
- newest in game updates...


ok, I did of course my problem was still there.


Then suddenly they say its the max. amount of Fans I reached.
Please what???
Why you suggest me to do some bull**** steps like reinstall the game and then say it is maxed out.


Why have other people more fans like me....for example Brutalsim has over 49 Mio!!! What kind of support is this?
If you have no clue to solve the problem, then be honest.
