Still can't believe how big of a joke 2K's roster "updates" are.

Yay, Giannis is a 96, but seriously...which of his attributes changed? And why does he still have 70 strength. His whole season has been him steamrolling through people to the rim.

LeBron's playing the worst defense of his career but still has 89 on-ball defense IQ (the same as Marcus Smart). He still has Gold Pick Dodger even though he literally just dies on screens these days, and 90 help defense even though he only actually plays help D like half the game now. Not to mention he still has silver Silver Defensive Stopper and Bronze Rim Protector (why did he ever even have Rim Protector??)

Kawhi still has HOF Defensive Stopper and 97 on-ball defense even though his defense hasn't been at that level since like 2015.

Pau Gasol has 72 on-ball defense even though he is basically a turnstill now. Meanwhile guys that I can think of that seem like good defenders and still have poor defensive attributes (Damyean Dotson, Aaron Gordon, Maxi Kleber, and especially Danuel House) haven't been touched all year. Heck, they're just now raising Derrick White's defense (still not high enough even IMO...DeRozan still has higher on-ball D...) and he's been the Spurs best defender all season.

Hot spots are still untouched. Tom Thibodeau is still the head coach of the Timberwolves.

Been saying it for quite a while now, the 2K ratings are an absolute joke, all they care about is the OVR and not actual details 😂

Just a quick example... They’ve still got Giannis as a SF but everyone knows Middleton is the starting SF and Giannis is PF, but if they change it he drops -4 OVR and what else ratings wise can they bump up to make him a 96 again 🤔

Recently? I know that it was globally edited from NBA 2K18 to NBA 2K19, but did they change it again? I haven't checked it since October.
