If you like Franchise Mode, then 2K is your game! Plus, with Relocation status in Franchise, you can have a team in your city (Pittsburgh) along with court art that depicts the Steel City.

If youre on Xbox, check out the SimWorld project in the roster sub-forum. Best project year-in and year-out. I had 2K on my PS4 and had to get it for Xbox when I found out the project was making a return.

As far as what team to go with, either sim the first year and then expand to Pittsburgh and Seattle and run your MyLeague with Pittsburgh, or go with, IMO, Dallas, New Orleans, Phoenix, or New York.

With Dallas, they have Luka to build around, which would be really fun. New Orleans has AD, one of the best in the game. Phoenix has Ayton and Booker, two great young players. And then New York has Kevin Knox and the Unicorn, and a crap ton of cap space.

If you just want to play with the best young player though, play with the Bucks and dont look back.

It is a definite yes to get it.

For a full rebuild around a young star, I like the Grizzlies and Kings. There are a lot of middling teams that could go either way. Has some definite replay/rebuild value.
