I cycle through the positions every year. 2K19 I had a 95 Playmaking Shot Creator 6'9 SF.

Prob gonna make a Sharpshooting Playmaking PG. Clippers if I go West, Sixers if I go East.

My HOF players know the Clippers are gonna be lock gods

I will not buy the game this year. Every year again and again pay the full price just to start grinding over again.
2k20 will not be more than a roster update like the years before.

In 2k19 had 6 Players:

PG Playmaking Shotcreator 98
SG Sharp/Shot 92
SF Pure Lock 91
SG Sharpshooting Playmaker 90
PF Pure Stretch 88
PF Pure Post 85


anyway best game was 2k16.
best mycareer 2k14 and 2k17

Im also tired of this archetype system and the non sense undrafted story mode.
Playing MyCareer makes no sense anymore.
Only playing ISO and splashing limitless 3s for more rep.
Playing realistic and smart for example with a good Teammate grade and maybe 25-35 + ppg with 10+ assists you will not be rewarded.
But ending up with 150 ppg with 0 assists 0 rebounds but 30x limitless 3 and 40x dribble drive succes you will get more....
just ridiculous .... and makes no fun!


Like many others said, Myleague with player lock is the way to go...
At least you can change the sliders there.
I hate to see that in MyCareer my 6.4 PG is slower then the CPU Center 7ft

Really prefer the draft. I don’t like choosing my team. Last year I just grabbed a calculator and picked a random team.

Depending on the changes made in 2K20 I may have multiple players. A PG for either the Clippers (outside shot Lakers), Nuggets, Bulls, or Mavericks. A SG for the Bucks, Nets, Nuggets, or Lakers. And lastly a SF for the Rockets, Jazz, Nuggets, Blazers, or be a traitor and go Warriors.

All those are teams I’m deciding between lol this will be tough.

Thats why I usually just pick a young bad team that has a need at my position. That way 1st year or two, I'm just focusing on developing player. It gives me something to look forward too. For a offline MyCareer player, if I were to pick a championship contending team and win it the first year, honestly I would have no motivation to play after first year. I don't want to create 4-5 builds and have to deal with grinding all those players. Ideally I want to create 1-2 all around players and play 3-5 seasons.
I would just like the draft logic to be realistic if they aren't replacing the original draft pick. So if you are a PG, then I wouldn't want Bulls to select you
